Shipping & Delivery

- Orders ship Monday–Friday (not weekends or UK bank holidays).
- Orders placed before 11:30 AM (UK time) dispatch the same day; later orders dispatch next working day.
- UK delivery: DHL Next Day (sometimes DPD, UPS, Royal Mail or Parcel Force). Signature required.
- International delivery: DHL, FedEx, Aramex, DPD or Parcel Force depending on country.
- Customs charges may apply outside the UK and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Delivery issues must be reported within 5 days of shipment to customerservice@whatsyoursize.co.uk.
Returns & Exchanges
- Exchanges accepted within 14 days of receipt for another size/item or store credit.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with sneaker box + outer protective box.
- Outlet, pre-loved, electronic items (e.g. PS5) and all Goyard, Louis Vuitton, Dior are final sale.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Use a tracked & insured courier (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery).
- Wrong or faulty items: must be reported within 7 working days (faults immediately, with photos). Return shipping reimbursed up to £5.99 (UK) or £40.00 (international).
- Refunds/exchanges processed within 3–5 working days of receipt.
