Refund policy
FOR ALL EXCHANGE REQUESTS PLEASE EMAIL YOUR ORDER NUMBER OVER TO INFO@WHATSYOURSIZE.CO.UK
Any items purchased are eligible for exchange within 14 days from receipt. All products must be returned in it's original packaging, unused condition and in resalable condition. We currently only accept exchanges for another size/item or store credit. Please note all sizes are priced differently depending on our purchase cost, therefore please bear in mind there may be an additional cost to pay for the new size or item required. Regular items purchased cannot be exchanged for an Outlet item. Outlet items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are sold as faulty goods. Electronic items such as PS5's, and all Goyard, Louis Vuitton and Dior products cannot be returned or exchanged, and are final sale.
For general orders please contact us immediately if you require an exchange for another size / product. the postage cost to and from is liable to the customer. Any parcels sent to us are at the customer's risk, please send these with an insured reliable tracked courier to avoid these being lost, we recommend Royal Mail before 1pm insured up to the value of your item.
If the item is returned in unsalable condition this will immediately be sent back to yourself. This includes but is not limited to items that have been worn, items returned without any packaging or items that have been visibly damaged/stained from trying on. We send all items in boxes which this can be returned back to ourselves in, or your own box / packaging can be used to protect your item.
In the unlikely event the wrong size or product has been sent by Whatsyoursize the customer must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 14 working days in its original packaging, unused condition and in resalable condition. Shipping costs will be reimbursed up to the amount on our website, this is currently £5.99 for UK deliveries and £40.00 for international but subject to change.
In the unlikely event you believe your item is faulty, this must be flagged with us immediately with images of the issue sent over to customerservice@whatsyoursize.co.uk. This must be done within 5 days of receiving the item, Shipping costs will be reimbursed up to the amount on our website, this is currently £5.99 for UK deliveries and £40.00 for international but subject to change.
Please note exchanges and returns can take 3 - 5 working days from receipt to be processed.
The returns address must be requested from ourselves as we do not share this, please do not send back items to any other address than one provided by us via Email or WhatsApp. If you do send this to an alternative address we are not responsible for trying to retrieve this for you.
If you decide you do not want your order within 10 minutes of purchasing we can cancel this but you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. You must email us as soon as you have decided you want this cancelled within the 10 minutes. If this item has been shipped or it is past the 10 minute time scale this order cannot be cancelled and the refund policy applies.
As we do not manufacture these items we are not responsible for any wear and tear that may occur with any products we sell. We recommend using crease protectors inside all trainers after wear to avoid excessive creasing and making sure you check washing instructions on any clothing items purchased.
We have the option of delivering to a neighbour / alternative address or safe place turned off. If this is requested by the customer we are not responsible for any items that are mis delivered.
