Christmas FAQ'S


For 100% guaranteed Christmas delivery please ensure your order is placed no later than 8th December. All items are typically received the following working day however this allows time for any unforeseen delays with couriers / deliveries during this busy period. 

Our last working day is Thursday 21st December, any orders placed before 11:30AM on this date may take up to Thursday 28th December to be delivered due to the Weekend / Bank Holidays and courier's workload. Orders placed after 11:30AM on Thursday 21st December will be processed on Wednesday 27th December for delivery between 29th December - 2nd January. This is due to courier hours being limited during the bank holidays. 


You have up to Monday 8th January to request an exchange, please send your order number over to with subject 'Exchange Request' for the steps on how to get this processed. Emails will only be monitored by our office team within limited hours between 27th - 29th December so please note any emails / Whatsapps sent over the Christmas period will not be responded to until this date. If multiple messages are sent this will prolong your reply time as our team work from the bottom up and respond to the earliest emails first.
