Shipping policy

DUE TO AVAILABILITY, SOME ORDERS MAY TAKE 7-14 WORKING DAYS



Online orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 11:30am UK time will be dispatched the same working day. Please note weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days.

Orders received after 11:30am UK time will be dispatched the next working day.  

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you. All orders will be trackable online.

The shipping address cannot be changed once we have received your order. You will need to make a new order with the correct shipping address. Orders with the incorrect shipping address can be cancelled instantly, please email info@whatsyoursize.co.uk quoting your order number as well as the new order placed to cancel. Cancelled orders without placing a new order are subject to a 10% admin fee. 

UK Orders 

All UK orders are shipped with DHL using a next day delivery service. On occasions, orders may be shipped with DPD, UPS, Royal Mail or Parcel Force. A signature will be required on delivery. Orders will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday.

We have the option of delivering to a neighbour / alternative address turned off. If this is requested by the customer we are not responsible for any items that are mis delivered. 

 

International Orders

We are able to ship orders to all countries worldwide.

International orders are shipped with DHL, FedEx, Aramex DPD or Parcel Force depending on the country. Delivery times will vary depending on the country. 

Customs Charges 

We cannot be held responsible for customs charges the recipient may be charged when receiving their order. Please check with your countries customs office if customs charges will be due when receiving goods.

Issues with delivery
Any issues with delivery such as missing or delayed items must be flagged to our team at customerservice@whatsyoursize.co.uk within 5 days of your item being shipped. This is so we can open an investigation with our courier within their strict time frame. If you have requested your item to be left in a safe place / with a neighbour you have signed a signature release and therefore the parcel is your responsibility, and no investigation will be opened. Please check your tracking details for the delivery information as an image or signature will be available.
